For the purposes of this debate, to lead by warning is to demonstrate past failures to act in accordance with good principles, and only much later admitting wrongdoing or regret. To lead by example is to demonstrate successful application of good principles in challenging situations, or consistently throughout one's life.

The Multi Club Model refers to an investment strategy gaining popularity in global Football (Soccer). It is when an ownership group owns teams in multiple different countries. For example the City Group own Manchester City (England), Girona FC (Spain), New York City FC (USA), and 7 others. As well Red Bull own RB Salzburg (Austria), RB Leipzig (Germany), and 4 more. There are at least 20 more ownership groups with some form of Multi Club Model.

For the purposes of this debate blind voting refers to a system where when you arrive at the ballot box you are asked a series of questions on your political preferences and your vote is then allocated to the party who most aligns with your preferences.
